ABOUT THE PROJECT
The 308 Boutique tenant build-out renovation transformed an existing interior commercial space within a historic 1888 downtown Kearney building into a functional, code-compliant, and visually engaging boutique retail environment. The renovation preserved key historic character elements where feasible while integrating modern building systems, lighting, accessibility improvements, and back-of-house functions necessary for contemporary retail use.
The project included selective demolition, interior reconfiguration, new architectural finishes, updated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as required, and the installation of custom retail fixtures. All work was coordinated to respect the historic nature of the building, protect existing materials, and comply with applicable building and life-safety codes.
