Kevin Kreger


Began working in commercial construction at the age of 17 in Chicago as a carpenter. He continued to work as a carpenter and painter throughout college. Then flipped homes in the early 2000's completing nearly all of the scopes of work on the renovations. Kevin continued to work on his skill set as a foreman in the residential and commercial markets through 2012, as he then became a Project Manager for a residential and commercial construction company. In the year 2016, he started On Point Construction Management. Through the years he  has worked extensively on historic buildings and has also built several ground up new homes while managing the construction of over 50 ground up commercial projects and dozens of remodels. Throughout his 22 year career in construction, Kevin has completed and assisted in nearly all scopes of work under the tutelage of skilled tradesmen.



Tristan Martin 

Vice President of Operations / Secretary- Board of Directors

Tristan is a tenacious competitor that performs at a high level. Tristan Martin received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with honors. She brings a lot of value to the company with her experience in customer service and operations which keeps our entire team running efficiently.



Karson Wentling

Accounts Manager

Karson earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.  While earning her degree, Karson completed her internship with On Point and continued to work part-time throughout college.  Karson manages all accounts and performs bookkeeping duties for On Point. Her accountability and dedication to the company has proved her to be loyal and a major contributor to our successful operation.



Becca Stigge

Project Coordinator

Becca  Stigge is an amazing addition to our team with over 10+ years of commercial sales and customer services skills. She thrives in communication and coordination on all phases of the construction processes from preconstruction to closeout with our clients. She also heads our Procore Management Team that keeps the projects operating efficiently for all of our vendors, clients, and management team.



Nick Schirmer

Project Manager

Nick brings 20+ years of construction background to the On Point Team. He has several years of experience in framing and skilled carpentry. Nick's attention to detail and construction knowledge ensures his projects are run smoothly and successfully. Through his keen insight, he has transitioned from being on our crew to an esteemed leader as one of our project managers throughout his tenure at OnPoint. He understands the sites, the blueprints, and the options that are best for our clients' goals.



Joshua Miller

Project Manager

Josh has been a prominent asset on the team with his experience in commercial and residential construction. With 10+ years in commercial project management his aptitude to complete the projects on time and deliver an exceptional product leaves our customers delighted. His ability to communicate on behave of the clients’ needs  gives everyone a clear path on executing the project on schedule to reach the finish line.



Don Brown

Project Manager

Don has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has taking courses in both construction management and architectural design along with hands on experience in the commercial construction industry with supervision and management. His knowledge in estimating for commercial/residential construction adds immense value to our team during the bidding phase. He takes the work off the clients’ plate at the initial phase of preconstruction, through construction, and closeout with ease and success.



Sheldon Snyder

Field Operations Manager

Sheldon brings numerous years of experience in contracting and supervision to our team. With his intrinsic knowledge base in carpentry and site management, he keeps everyone operating at a level that exceeds the clients expectations. As our Field Ops Manager, Sheldon has all our supervisors and crew members trained and oriented to exemplify our core values to perform at the highest standard.



BJ Simpson

Site Supervisor 

BJ has over 15+ years of management experience in construction to bring to the table on our team. He has been a major asset on site with his precision and diligence to keep everyone on task to complete their scopes of work . His ability to thoroughly communicate to the team has kept his projects running like a fine-oiled machine to present an exeptional product for our clients.



Chris Nelson

Site Supervisor 

Chris has been a diligent team member here at On Point with a hefty 20+ years of residential and light commercial construction experience under his belt. The efficiency on his sites are transparent as he engages with the construction team to keep everyone coasting towards the finish line. Having a background in the retail construction industry, Chris knows the product our clients need and keeps everyone accountable on his sites to present top results.



JC McDowell

Site Supervisor 

JC graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Kearney. His Internship with On Point was the perfect sounding board for a full time position with the team. JC has exemplified our key values from the beginning with dedication and performance. He is quick to learn and develop on his skill-set in the commercial construction industry and brings tremendous value.

Cory Frederiksen

Foreman/Crew Member

Cory joined the team as our site foreman and is eager to be on site to carry out any and all tasks at hand. He comes with several years of carpentry experience in residential  construction and is willing to always push hard to meet the standards of our clients' needs. He performs at a high level and sets the standard that On Point holds to everyone on our sites.

Bryson Simpson

Crew Member

Bryson started the team as a crew hand during the summer months, which quickly developed into a career on our team as a Crew Member upon graduation. He understands our core values and works diligently to get any and every task completed that is set in front of him. He exemplifies integrity at its finest and strives to build on his knowledge of the construction industry.



Jenna Frels

Office Assistant

Jenna is currently an intern with our On Point Team as a student at the University of Nebraska-Kearney studying Product and Interior Design along with Construction Management. She has been a great asset to have in our Kearney Office.
