ABOUT THE PROJECT
On Point brought new life to an abandoned historic building dating back to 1863, transforming it into an upscale Airbnb stay in the heart of downtown Frankfort. This carefully revitalized landmark preserves the charm and character of its 19th-century roots while introducing the comfort, style, and amenities expected in modern luxury lodging. Nestled in Frankfort’s Hallmark-worthy historic district, the space places guests just steps from fine dining, boutique shopping, quality entertainment, and the scenic Old Plank Trail.
The newly completed 2-bed, 2-bath loft-style apartment features all-new construction inside—high-end appliances, luxury mattresses, custom tile showers, and thoughtfully curated finishes throughout. A south-facing second-story deck provides a private outdoor retreat with comfortable seating, offering a perfect place to relax after exploring the vibrant downtown just outside the door. This project represents a seamless blend of preservation and modern comfort, inviting guests to experience Frankfort’s historic charm through a beautifully restored and contemporary space.
