President/Owner
Kevin Kreger
Kevin began his construction career at 17 as a carpenter in Chicago and progressed through residential and commercial roles, becoming a Project Manager in 2012 before founding On Point Construction in 2016. With 22 years of experience, he has led over 50 ground-up commercial projects, built multiple homes, completed numerous remodels, and brings hands-on expertise across nearly all trades, including extensive work on historic buildings.

Tristan Martin
Tristan Martin is a honors graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney who brings strong experience in customer service and operations. Her strategic mindset, dedication, and ability to excel in high-pressure environments make her a key contributor to the success and efficiency of our team.

Nick Schirmer
Nick brings over 20 years of construction experience to the On Point team, with a strong background in framing and skilled carpentry. His attention to detail, deep understanding of job sites and plans, and progression from crew member to project manager ensure projects are executed smoothly and aligned with our clients’ goals.

Field Operations Manager
Sheldon Snyder
Sheldon brings years of contracting and supervision experience, with strong expertise in carpentry and site management that helps our team consistently exceed client expectations. As Field Ops Manager, he trains and leads our supervisors and crew to uphold our core values and perform at the highest standard.

Karson Wentling
Karson earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and gained hands-on experience interning with On Point while working part-time throughout college. She now manages all accounts and bookkeeping with precision and reliability, playing a key role in smooth operations and ongoing success.

Joshua Miller
Josh brings over 10 years of commercial project management experience, along with a strong background in both commercial and residential construction. His clear communication, on-time execution, and client-focused approach consistently deliver high-quality results and successful project outcomes.

Lane holds a degree in Construction Management and certifications including OSHA 30 and USACE CQM. He is a construction professional with experience supporting complex commercial projects across multi-state portfolios, known for his steady approach and focus on strong owner relationships.

Becca Smith
Becca brings over 20 years of leadership, entrepreneurial, and coordination experience to the team. She oversees preconstruction operations, supports bidding and project planning, leads Procore management, and stays actively involved in the community through the Chamber and local nonprofit organizations.

Courtney Thee
Courtney is a Project Coordinator and graduate of the University of Nebraska–Kearney, known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to keep operations running smoothly. Her adaptability and efficiency in managing schedules and coordinating projects play an important role in supporting team and project success.
