Kevin Kreger
Kevin is the founder of On Point Construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University and is an ICC Class A Builder combining project leadership with extensive hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and historic construction.

Tristan Martin is an honors graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney whose experience in customer service and operations helps drive efficiency, organization, and client-focused results.

Nick Schirmer
With more than 25 years in the construction industry, Nick brings extensive field experience, technical knowledge, and commitment to quality to help drive successful projects and outstanding client outcomes.

Sheldon Snyder
With more than 15 years of construction experience, Sheldon combines expertise in carpentry, site management, and team leadership. He leads and mentors our field teams while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Karson Wentling
Karson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Marketing/Management Minor from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and began her career with On Point through an internship while attending college. She now oversees all financial operations.

Josh brings more than 15 years of commercial and residential construction experience, OSHA 30 certified, he is known for clear communication, reliable execution, and a client-focused approach that consistently delivers quality results.

Lane holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Kearney and certifications including OSHA 30 and USACE CQM. He has extensive experience delivering complex commercial projects while building strong owner relationships.

With more than 20 years of business experience, Becca plays a key role in preconstruction planning, bidding, and Procore management. She is also an active community leader and a member of the Kearney Area Chamber Rising Stars program.

Andi Meyer
Andi earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior and Product Design from the University of Nebraska–Kearney in Spring 2026. She brings hands-on experience in interior design and construction documentation through her work in the architecture and design industry.
