Kevin began his construction career at 17 as a carpenter in Chicago, working as a carpenter and painter through college before flipping homes in the early 2000s and completing nearly all renovation scopes himself. He advanced through residential and commercial roles as a foreman and became a Project Manager in 2012. In 2016, he founded On Point Construction. With 22 years of experience, Kevin has worked extensively on historic buildings, built multiple ground-up homes, and managed over 50 ground-up commercial projects along with dozens of remodels. He has hands-on experience across nearly all trades under the guidance of skilled craftsmen.

Nick brings 20+ years of construction background to the On Point Team. He has several years of experience in framing and skilled carpentry. Becca brings over 20 years of leadership, entrepreneurial, and coordination experience to our team. She oversees preconstruction operations, and works closely with bidding, project planning, and leads the Procore Management for the team.  In addition to supporting real estate development and the design team, Becca is actively involved with the Chamber as an Envoy and serves on the Envoys’ Christmas Family Committee, as well as the Make-A-Wish Friends Council.
