This project reimagined a historic 1920's downtown Kearney building as the new home of Contour Med Spa, merging timeless architectural character with contemporary sophistication. Through a design-construction approach, the space was transformed into an upscale, calming environment that elevates both the client experience and the delivery of modern med spa services. Carefully preserved historic elements are complemented by luxury finishes, modernized mechanical and electrical systems, and a thoughtfully redesigned interior layout that balances comfort, privacy, and clinical performance. The finished space breathes new life into a downtown landmark while setting a new standard for wellness design in Kearney.
